The construction of projects - regardless of their scale - is the result of a critical reflection on a socio-cultural scenario.
Beyond generic space, the notion of place - luogo - resumes the intention of grounding our work within specific contextual conditions.
Notions of Use, Form, Materials, History, take over their general assumed counterparts (Function, Style, etc).

LUOGO has been founded by Simona Belluscio and Ahmed Mansouri as an open platform for critical reflection, whatever form this could assume.

After several years of collaboration, the office has been joined by Luigi Guerini.
